The recommended route from Winnipeg is hwy 59 north to hwy 44 east, then hwy 11 north and hwy 211 east to Pinawa. You can see the route using Google Maps here.
It's about 106 km and the drive should take a little over an hour from the north Perimeter.
Turnerama 2015 will be held Aug 7 to 10 at the Wilderness Edge Resort in Pinawa, MB.
